Gift Card Terms & Condtions

1. Overview

By purchasing, accepting, or using a Spartan School World Digital or Physical Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Redemption & Usage

  • Where to Redeem: Gift cards are valid exclusively for use online at spartanschoolworld.com.au
  • Flexible Balance: The balance on a gift card can be spent across multiple orders. It does not need to be used all at once.
  • Stacking: Multiple gift cards can be redeemed against a single order at checkout. Gift cards can also be used in conjunction with store discount codes.
  • Coverage: Gift card balances apply to the total order value, including taxes, duties, and shipping fees.
  • Limitations: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, redeemed for cash, exchanged or reloaded with additional funds.

3. Expiration & Fees

  • Expiry: This gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any unused balance after this period will not be refunded or credited.
  • Fees: There are no activation fees, service fees, or dormancy fees that reduce the value of the card over time.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Item Returns: If you return an item purchased via a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card code or issued as a new gift card/store credit. If you used a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the gift card portion will be refunded first.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Security: Spartan School World is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift card codes. Treat your gift card code like cash.
  • Replacements: Because gift card codes are securely generated and randomised, we can only view the last 4 digits of a code. We cannot replace codes that have been lost or sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
